Meet Our Team

Ally is a Peterborough local with over a decade of experience in personal and group training. After working in a gym and seeing how health professionals in manual therapy integrate corrective exercise into their patient’s training program, she pursued additional training to learn more about mobility, joint strength, and myofascial systems. From there she went on to receive her massage therapy diploma from Fleming College.

Ally is extremely passionate about teaching others how to optimize their movement practice to improve daily living, and performance in athletics, and resolve injury and pain.

Over her years in the industry, Ally has also received additional training in Fascial Stretch Therapy, Dynamic Taping, cupping, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. Whether you are looking to improve your range of motion, get relief from occupational pain or injuries, or just to reduce general stress and tension, Ally is happy to work with you in your self-care journey.

Dr. Sue Gleeson, DC

Dr. Sue was born and raised in Peterborough, Ontario. She was an active member of the sporting community growing up, and a golf injury led her to pursue a career in Chiropractic.
